I am a sports writing professional with two years of experience. I write to engage fans in works that they won't find anywhere else through feature, trending and game stories.Currently, I am a sports intern with the Tuscaloosa News / USA Today South Region. My biggest responsibility was the Alabama women's basketball and baseball beats. I also assisted with local high school game coverage, particularly football. The internship has been a great experience that's allowed me to cover a variety of spectacular events like March Madness, Alabama high school football state championships, the NFL draft and the upcoming NCAA baseball regionals.
